Pavilion Rental

HELPFUL INFORMATION WHEN RENTING THE
CORNELL MILL YARD PARK.

1. 1. When the bathrooms are opened, the water must be turned on.  The yellow lever, on the south side of the hallway, will be up.

1. 1. All the cleaning supplies and brooms you need are in the supply room in the men’s restroom.

1. Please do not hang anything on the walls in the pavilion or use staples on anything in the pavilion.
2. Before your party leaves:
   A.  Make sure the toilets are flushed.
   B.  Pick up any garbage on the grounds and make sure all of the garbage is put into the outdoor garbage cans.
   C.  Empty the wastebaskets in the restrooms into the outdoor garbage cans.
   D.  If you used the pull down doors, please make sure they are up.
   E.  Shut all the lights off (except the nightlights that are taped on).
   F.  Make sure the electric box is locked.
   G.  Sweep the floors and make sure the picnic tables are clean.
   H.  Clean up and lock up the kitchen area.
   I.  Remember to drop off the keys at the City Office when you are done with them.
